The Plant Continuous Improvement Leader will drive Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) strategies and operational excellence initiatives at the manufacturing site in Washington Court House, Ohio.

This role is responsible for implementing global and divisional standards, strengthening manufacturing performance, improving reliability, maintaining program compliance, and fostering a continuous improvement culture across site operations.

The successful candidate will partner with the Director of Manufacturing (DoM), site leadership, and regional FP&R stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness, strengthen performance measurement, support digital transformation, and deliver measurable improvements in manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing engineering, engineering, or supply chain roles.
• Current Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency in Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) programs and standards.
• Working knowledge of AE Model Guidelines.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
