Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Plant Continuous Improvement Leader for the Valley View, OH site to drive operational excellence and sustain Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. You will partner with plant leadership to identify gaps, build roadmaps, and deploy the OpEx framework across daily management and Kaizen activities.

You will coach and mentor teams, lead cross-functional improvement projects, and validate benefits through data-driven methods while advancing Industry 4.0 opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma background preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence deployment and plant OpEx roadmap.
• Coach leaders on Daily Visual Management and Leader Standard Work.
• Lead Kaizen events and value stream improvements across functions.
• Support PMO activities, benefit validation, and project charters.
