Jobot is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager for manufacturing to lead lean, Six Sigma, and CI initiatives across the plant. You will drive performance, coach frontline teams, and execute CI pilots from concept to rollout.

You will partner with operations and maintenance leadership to reduce waste, improve processes, and sustain gains while traveling up to 20% as needed. A strong background in Lean/Six Sigma is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience or High School Diploma with 8+ years of manufacturing CI experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma.
• Experience leading CI projects from concept through implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level.
• Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks.
• Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies.
• Partner with front‑line teams using a hands‑on, floor‑based leadership approach.
• Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full‑scale rollouts.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support.
• Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
