Job summary

ProFusion Industries in Marietta, OH is seeking a Lean Continuous Improvement Leader to deploy Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma across the plant, driving productivity and waste reduction. You will lead Kaizen events, map value streams, train teams, and champion change management to sustain cost improvements and KPI gains.

The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing ops experience, a BS in Business or Engineering, and a Black Belt certification.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business or Engineering; Black Belt certification required.
• 10+ years operations experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years leading change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma; proven problem-solving skills.
• Experience coaching and training teams on Lean tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities aligned to business objectives with action plans and monitoring.
• Create a continuous improvement culture with standardized processes and lessons learned.
• Train and coach employees on Lean principles and Six Sigma problem-solving techniques.
• Mitigate cost of quality through defect identification and process improvements.
• Implement processes to improve KPIs through analysis and visual management systems.
• Lead Kaizen and value stream mapping to drive transformational improvements.
• Support change management to ensure adoption of new processes.
