Job summary

Venz Media, a Phoenix-based full-service creative marketing and media production agency, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to bring in new clients and expand existing relationships. You will own the client journey from initial conversation to signed deal, supported by our creative, ads, and web teams on every pitch.

Based on-site in Phoenix, you will prospect locally, run discovery calls, build proposals, and close packages across video, social, ads, and websites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally marketing, media or advertising.
• Proven record of closing deals and hitting quota.
• Confident on the phone, on video and in person.
• Organized, self-driven and coachable.
• HubSpot or similar CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and book meetings with local businesses.
• Run discovery calls and uncover client goals.
• Build proposals with our creative and ads teams.
• Present and close packages: video, social, ads, websites.
• Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Hand off new clients smoothly to account management.
• Grow existing accounts through upsells and renewals.
• Represent Venz Media at networking and community events.
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
