BusinessRate in Phoenix is hiring a sales rockstar to bring our media packages to local business owners. This isn’t a cold-call-all-day-to-a-dead-lead-list job—our brand opens doors and owners see value quickly, with tools and support to close.

Responsibilities include outreach, consultative conversations, proposals, and closing new accounts while tracking activity in the CRM. Earn uncapped commissions with real six-figure earning potential and fast career progression for top performers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales (B2B, local business, advertising, marketing, or real estate is a plus).
• Comfortable talking to business owners and build trust fast.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to earn.
• Communicate clearly and follow up relentlessly.
• Strong brand recognition with local business owners.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outreach, referrals, in-person visits, and inbound leads from the platform
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and present package options
• Prepare and send proposals, then follow up until you get a decision
• Close new accounts and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
• Track all activity, leads, and deals in the CRM
• Coordinate with the content and production team so clients get a smooth onboarding
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities with existing clients
• Share market feedback to help us improve our offer and pitch
