Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of related work experience; Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) written and oral required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with People Practices Leader and People Practices Business Partner to provide best-in-class employee and candidate experiences.
• Serve as the first point of contact with employees and guide employees to resources.
• Interpret and apply People Practices processes, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding, training logistics and local events on large mega-project sites.
• Support employee relations and maintain positive workplace culture.
• Manage on-site People Practices tasks and ensure up-to-date records in Workday.
