Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to perform troubleshooting and repair for desktops and laptops. You will interact directly with clients to address issues, support Desk Side applications, and ensure timely responses.

The role involves traveling to client sites, handling multiple calls, and maintaining equipment and inventory per client agreements. The position emphasizes customer service, technical communication, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience and technical school certification or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls as per policies.
