Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to assist with the repair of client desktops and laptops. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, interact directly with clients, and support Desk Side applications and infrastructure as needed.

Responsibilities include handling service calls within SLA, delivering accurate reports, and following all client guidelines. The role requires driving to client locations, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, and maintaining OEM

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience and technical school certification
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Maintain OEM certifications and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria
• Complete administrative tasks for each call
• Real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow client policies for service delivery
• Manage assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Follow Safety policies and guidelines
