Job summary

Worldwide TechServices seeks a Dynamic PC Support technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops and provide direct client support. You will handle service calls, document actions, and respond to issues promptly to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include on-site support, reporting, asset control, and adherence to safety and client policies. The role requires technical certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Follow policies and ensure asset/inventory control.
• Report activity accurately and promptly.
• Understand safety policies and work within them daily.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
