Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops, and to interact with clients to resolve issues promptly on site. The role includes basic to moderately complex repairs and may support Desk Side applications and infrastructure.

You will provide customer support for designated equipment, manage service calls within SLA, and complete required administration and real-time reporting while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience is typical.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting.
• Follow client policies for successful delivery.
• Ensure asset and inventory control; prompt parts turnaround.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
