Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops for diverse clients. You will perform basic to moderately complex repair tasks, interact with customers, and support desk side applications and infrastructure as needed.

This on-site role requires a technical certification or equivalent, 0-2 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll travel to client locations, move equipment up to 50 lbs, and maintain OEM certifications.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks as documented in policies.
• Report all calls in real time per policies.
• Follow established policies and documents for service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
