firstPRO, Inc. seeks a hands-on PC Support team member for on-site service in the Allentown area. You will configure, deliver, install, and validate technical equipment as requested, and perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software.

You will identify, research, and resolve technical problems while communicating information in a timely, accurate, and concise manner to foster collaboration. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Formación

• AS Degree in Information Sciences and Technology or experience in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of progressive experience (within a clinical setting, preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills as well as being self-motivated.
• Intricate knowledge of the use of mobile devices, networking, personal computers, printers, and computer terminology.
• Knowledge of network protocols, computer hardware/software and peripherals.
• Must be friendly, courteous, presentable, service-oriented, flexible and enjoy working with all levels of staff.
• Must be able to visit multiple business and education locations.
