Managepoint is seeking an experienced HRO Payroll Specialist to join our Indianapolis team. This on-site role manages end-to-end, high-volume payroll for a multi-client portfolio using iSolved, ensuring accurate time, attendance and deductions. You will handle multi-state tax Withholdings and provide client-facing payroll expertise.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HRO/ASO environments, strong Excel skills, and a track record of delivering accurate, timely payroll under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HRO/ASO or payroll service bureau handling multiple clients.
• Hands-on iSolved experience preferred; other multi-client systems valued.
• Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience across multiple states with local tax compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle payroll for a multi-client outsourced portfolio.
• Use iSolved to input, track, and process payroll, time, attendance, and deductions.
• Navigate federal/state/local tax withholdings across states.
• Serve as primary client contact, resolving discrepancies and advising on wage/hour compliance.
