This role handles full-cycle payroll in isolved, serves as the primary contact for client payroll inquiries and reporting, and audits data such as garnishments, tax jurisdictions, and benefit deductions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience in a multi-client environment.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax regulations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client payrolls simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for multiple client companies in isolved.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries, reporting, and troubleshooting.
