Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and deductions.
• Proficient in MS Office; payroll software experience.
• CPP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees.
• Process payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions.
• Coordinate with HR for new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
