The ideal candidate will manage bi-weekly payroll processing for ~500 employees, maintain data accuracy across entities, and stay compliant with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• ADP Workforce Now experience and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience processing bi-weekly payroll for a large organization.
• Strong multi-state payroll experience.
• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily workflows.
• Professional, approachable, customer-service-oriented communication style.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for roughly 500 employees across multiple states.
• Process payroll for a large hourly employee population, including tip-based compensation.
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations, tax compliance, deductions, garnishments, and payroll-related reporting.
• Maintain and audit payroll data across multiple company entities and pay groups.
• Partner with HR and operations teams to resolve payroll inquiries and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
• Generate payroll reports and analyze data to support business needs.
• Stay current on multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
