Responsibilities

• Learn certified payroll reporting methods and submit weekly reports.
• Enter prevailing wage schedules into COINS and identify correct rates.
• Calculate Prevailing Wage-Company Paid Fringe, updating with benefit elections.
• Maintain certified payroll tracking spreadsheet and ensure report status.
• Maintain correspondence with employees, contractors, and government contacts.
• Assist with downloading and processing timecard records.
• Support with weekly payroll for 300+ employees.
• Ensure payroll reports and backups are accurate.
• Monitor employee benefit tracking spreadsheet.
• Respond to payroll emails promptly and resolve items.
• Resolve discrepancies on payroll or certified payroll reports.
• Support HR with additional duties as assigned.
• Learn functions to provide backup for Payroll.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
