Qualifications

• Payroll, accounts payable, and office administration experience required.
• Associates degree; accounting knowledge; JD Edwards experience a plus.
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Process hourly payroll weekly for transmission to Corporate
• Review UKG time system for accurate information
• Approve timesheets per internal controls
• Prepare and review payroll reports for management
• Assist in month-end and close procedures
• Receive goods from packing lists including reviewing for proper receiving documentation
• Review vendor invoices and accounts payable
• Support vendor questions for timely payment by Corporate
• Perform clerical duties and daily labor reporting tasks
• Coordinate office/plant activities and provide admin support as needed
• Support Plant Manager and Plant Controller with assigned tasks
