Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Arlington, VA is hiring a Patient Navigator to guide fertility patients through their treatment journey. This on-site, full-time role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate patient care and education while coordinating appointments, tests, and referrals.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in a clinical healthcare setting, strong communication skills, EMR proficiency, and the ability to navigate insurance and financial resources

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting, including patient care coordination.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance processes, and patient advocacy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using EMR and other healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact guiding patients through their treatment plan and education.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, tests, and referrals.
• Assist patients with understanding medical care, insurance coverage, and available financial resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system.
• Provide emotional support and resources to patients and families.
