Job summary

Spring Fertility is seeking a Patient Navigator to partner with our Care Team and nursing staff to guide patients through fertility treatment planning and cycle management. You will translate complex medical information into clear guidance and coordinate tests, appointments, and documentation to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The role is full-time, on-site with early hours and rotating weekends/holidays. Competitive benefits and a focus on patient-centered care are provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for reproductive healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans.
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients.
• Explain complex medical processes and terms in a digestible manner.
• Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment.
• Schedule appointments.
