Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a friendly in-office Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products, process orders, and resolve concerns. This is an on-site role with hours Monday–Friday, 8:30–5, and an hourly pay range of $20–$22.

You will review and process orders, make outbound calls, and use MS Office while supporting the Byram therapies. Requires a High School Diploma and 1–2 years in customer service; call center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.
