Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a patient-focused representative to deliver a positive customer service experience. You will educate patients on products and services, address concerns, and place supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

You will review orders, make outbound calls, and utilize tools to assist in order entry while maintaining strong product knowledge of Byram therapies and collaborating with clinicians and sales staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.
