Job summary

Accendra Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a customer service representative to educate patients on products and services, listen to concerns, and place supply orders in a high-volume call center.

You will use product knowledge of Byram therapies, communicate with patients and healthcare professionals, and strive to meet KPI targets while delivering friendly, accurate service. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.
