Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a positive experience for patients by educating them on products and services, addressing concerns, and placing supply orders in a high-volume call center.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills, with training on our brand therapies. On-site position in Denver, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals.
• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.
