Qualifications

• Two to three years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing.
• Ability to lead/direct others; strong analytical skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates registration duties with staff; ensures daily registration and pre-registration tasks are completed.
• Monitors productivity; prepares and reviews reports on metrics like wait times and throughput.
• Manages staff scheduling, including on-call rotations and time off, to minimize overtime and maximize productivity.
• Oversees upfront collection process tracking and coaching as needed.
• Conducts staff training, audits, and performance coaching to maintain service excellence.
