Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and perform pre-registration duties with accuracy.
• Operate the hospital telephone switchboard and relay calls.
• Explain consent forms and patient education materials to patients.
• Ensure POS billing and insurance verification to support clean claim rates.
• Contribute to patient flow by completing required documentation and compliance checks.
