Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the activities of patient access staff.
• Ensures registration and pre-registration duties are completed daily.
• Trains staff and monitors daily productivity and departmental metrics.
• Manages scheduling, on-call rotation, and staffing needs.
• Supports patient access manager with day-to-day operations and quality improvement.
