Job summary

Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment. You will coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding processes, while ensuring data integrity in the ATS and collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.

You will work under the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development, contributing to a high-quality candidate experience and compliance with HR policies in a proactive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum two years of recruitment coordination/HR support experience.
• Experience with ATS and resume databases required; Paycom HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics across departments.
• Serve as liaison among candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and update candidate statuses.
• Prepare offers, onboarding materials, and new-hire documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
