Job summary

Majestic Park is seeking an On-site Park Manager to assist with event oversight and daily operations. You will work with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Park Superintendent, overseeing concessions, greeting visitors, and supervising staff.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage volunteers and respond to emergencies. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and outdoors is essential.

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation, valid Arkansas driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Ability to deal with the general public, customers, volunteers, and employees with tact and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Opening and Closing the park facilities including the concession stands.
• Serves as Manager on Duty when the General Manager, Assistant Manager and the Park Superintendent are off property.
• Follows guidelines and procedures that have been established for overseeing events.
• Assists with preparation for scheduled events.
• Professionally greets visitors and assures proper sign in of all visitors.
• Assists with overseeing facility staff. Supervises and provides direction to personnel. Maintains notes of disciplinary actions that need to be investigated.
• Develops a strong customer service rapport with visitors and potential customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management, which could include assisting in duties that are not typical to this position.
