Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Outpatient Therapists to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy at one of our Massachusetts locations. You will conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and providers.

We offer full-time salaried roles or hourly fee-for-service, with flexible schedules, supervision for licensure, CEUs, and a comprehensive benefits package. W-2 employment and premium rates for bilinguals and specialties are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field required.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus.
• Strong time-management and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule with client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
