Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Outpatient Therapists to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy at our Massachusetts locations. Therapists develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care with families and medical partners, using an accessible EHR system.

We offer W-2 employment, either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions, with guaranteed salary compensation for full-time staff and comprehensive supervision, CEUs, and licensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years is required.
• Massachusetts state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
