Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Outpatient Therapists to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy at one of our Massachusetts locations. Work collaboratively with clients to access core strengths and realize their full potential using a range of approaches.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time salaried roles or hourly fee-for-service positions. On-site work at five MA locations including West Springfield is available, with evenings and weekends as options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent clinical license within 2 years.
• Current license in Massachusetts a plus.
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Education

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
