Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join our behavioral health team across five Massachusetts locations. You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for both salaried and hourly fee-for-service roles.

We offer a supportive environment with supervision, free CEUs, licensure assistance, and a W-2 employment structure. Excellent compensation and growth are available for dedicated clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years is required.
• Massachusetts license is a plus; ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
• Evening or afternoon availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
