Northeast Family Services seeks Outpatient Therapists to deliver individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy across five Massachusetts locations. We offer flexible schedules with weekends and evenings, W-2 employment, and guaranteed salary for full-time roles or fee-for-service options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years is required or MA license is a plus.
• U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
