Job summary

Northeast Family Services, a premier behavioral health provider in Massachusetts, seeks Outpatient Therapists to work on-site across five locations. You’ll provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, perform intake assessments, and craft personalized treatment plans in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions are available, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years is preferred.
• Current Massachusetts license is a plus.
• Ability to manage schedule with client outreach.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
