Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks Outpatient Therapists for on-site roles across five Massachusetts locations. You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy and tailor treatment plans to client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field (required).
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years. License in MA is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
