Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking licensed outpatient therapists to provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy at our five on-site locations. You’ll conduct intake assessments, build personalized treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and medical partners.

We offer flexible schedules, with full-time salaried roles or hourly fee-for-service positions. W-2 employment, supervision, CEUs, and licensure assistance are included to support your professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current license in Massachusetts is a plus.
• Excellent time-management and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to manage own schedule with client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
