Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join our on-site team across five Massachusetts locations. You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, conduct intake assessments, and tailor treatment plans to help clients realize their potential.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time salaried roles or hourly fee-for-service options, plus robust supervision, CEUs, and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Must have Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Independent clinical license within 2 years or soon after hire.
• Massachusetts license a plus; authorization to work in the U.S. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
