The role requires familiarity with eye care, HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping, and ability to work collaboratively with the care team. On-site in Vestal, NY with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating patients for eye exams and dispensing medications.
• Familiarity with medical terms related to eye treatment.
• Industry certifications in CPO, CPOA or CPOT.

Responsabilités

• Assist optometrists with pre-testing and diagnostic testing.
• Schedule and manage doctor appointments for efficient patient flow.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and policies.
