Responsibilities

• Re-enforce a safety-first mindset and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Continuously engage with customers to understand needs and develop the value proposition.
• Manage to meet or exceed service targets by optimizing efficiency to control costs.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, processing returns, and cycle counts.
• Hire, train, and develop staff in line with operating plans and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure inventory is managed in line with JSOX and QMS requirements and drive continuous improvement.
