Job summary

City Auto Glass, inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead a team of associates in fulfillment operations, fostering collaboration and aligning daily work with service objectives.

You will coach and interview talent, set direction for the team, and promote a safe, accountable culture while driving site throughput, budget adherence, and cross-shift collaboration. Requirements include 18+, valid license, 1–3 years in supply chain or distribution, supervisory experience, and Korber WMS

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license; MVR check required.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates for efficient fulfillment operations.
• Conduct interviews, coaching, and training to develop talent.
• Provide direction to align associates with daily operational goals.
• Foster accountability and a positive working environment.
• Develop and execute operational plans to optimize throughput and meet targets.
• Coordinate staffing and resources for daily operations and projects.
• Encourage cross-shift collaboration to improve efficiency and drive improvement.
• Oversee team performance, safety, quality, and productivity.
