Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and coach team members under the Branch Manager. You will ensure safety standards, manage inventory accuracy, and support supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising loading/unloading, cycle counts, and training staff while maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable operation in the Memphis facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and oversee daily assignments to maximize productivity.
• Lead and assist in storage and handling of production material.
• Coordinate daily cycle counts of production materials.
• Enforce and coach safety working practices.
• Train others and supervise warehouse activities including loading/unloading.
