Job summary

Safelite AutoGlass is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of associates in fulfillment operations, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time order processing in our North Carolina facility.

You will coach staff, conduct interviews, set daily goals, oversee safety and quality, and align staffing with budgets while complying with OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE requirements. This role offers growth, competitive pay, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Korber WMS is a plus.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to pass MVR checks.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries.
• People-first, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates for efficient fulfillment operations.
• Conduct interviews, coaching, and training to identify and develop talent.
• Provide direction to align associates with daily operational goals.
• Foster accountability while creating a healthy and positive working environment.
• Develop and execute operational plans to optimize site throughput and meet budget targets.
• Coordinate staffing and resources for daily operations and special projects.
• Encourage cross-shift collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee team performance, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE regulations within the site.
• Identify health and safety risks and implement resolutions with training on best practices.
