Qualifications
- Professional automotive glass installation experience required.
- Leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
- ADAS calibration knowledge or experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the automotive glass installation team.
- Oversee daily scheduling, workflow, and installation operations.
- Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Provide hands-on installation support when needed.
- Train, mentor, and develop installers.
- Ensure proper installation procedures, adhesives, tools, and techniques are followed.
- Maintain high customer service and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow the business.
- Work with ownership as a key member of leadership.
