You will champion a safety-first culture, optimize labor deployment, and ensure adherence to 48 Critical Success Processes while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in distribution/logistics supervisory roles.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; able to work in a U.S. facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and delivery operations to meet service targets.
• Ensure safety compliance and a safety-first culture.
• Optimize labor deployment and inventory flow for efficiency.
• Manage 8 hourly employees and coordinate with leadership.
