PGW Auto Glass, LLC. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations in Riverside, MO. You will drive safety, inventory control, Lean/5S initiatives and staff performance to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing labor, costs, and revenue targets while coordinating with Sales and other teams to fulfill orders and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Strong leadership and staffing experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards and hazard-free operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and branch inventory management.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews for staff.

• Collaborate with Sales to meet customer requirements and revenue goals.
• Maintain compliance with all laws and company policies.
• Manage branch revenue and KPI performance.
