Job summary

Traba, Inc. is seeking a Field Operator to act as in-market hands-on operations partner, recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market.

You will interact with multiple customer sites and serve as the local face of Traba to the workforce, building community partnerships and coordinating onboarding. You will vet workers, run large onboarding sessions when needed, manage the full worker funnel, schedule starts, and provide on-site support and PPE as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• English required.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong recruiting instincts and ability to source, screen, convert candidates.
• Experience running large group onboarding sessions and presenting to workers.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Professional demeanor representing Traba with workers and partners.
• Flexible to shift priorities and locations as market needs evolve.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable in fast-paced warehouse and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Worker Relationship Management: Build relationships with workers from recruiting through placement and provide updates and support.
• Community & Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers and local partners to drive pipeline.
• Worker Vetting & Onboarding: Oversee vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end, including large group onboarding sessions.
• Worker Funnel Management: Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
• New Start Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and start schedules across client sites.
• PPE & On-Site Support: Distribute PPE and provide on-site presence at client facilities as needed.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain feedback loops with Traba HQ and flag market trends or coverage risks.
