Qualifications

• Leadership background is important for site leadership.
• Experience in chemical distribution or chemicals industry is preferred.
• PSM experience is a huge plus.
• Understanding of DOT/TCEQ regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs site operations and floor activities to ensure safety and high performance.
• Works closely with operations and hourly personnel to push for safety and efficiency.
• Reports to a regional manager with minimal travel.
