We value a history in chemicals or chemical distribution, plus PSM familiarity. Regulations under DOT/TCEQ are important and will guide daily operations at this plant in Nebraska.

Qualifications

• Leader with prior management experience
• Experience in the chemical sector or chemical distribution preferred
• PSM experience is a plus
• Familiarity with DOT/TCEQ regulations beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead on the plant floor, working with operations and hourly personnel to drive safety and performance
• Own site accountability and report to regional manager
